4/18/2026Located on the northern base of Ravens Bluff Mountain, inside Longship State Park, Soda Pop or Sody Pop Falls is fed by a naturally carbonated spring which spills over a 15 foot cliff into a continuously churning, fizzing and foaming basin, perfect for soaking or frolicking on a warm summer afternoon. Nearby visitors will find the ruins of the old Appalachian Bottling Company which went defunct way back in the early 1910’s.
4/18/2026I have a character floating around in my head, Dr. Regan Quinn, who is either a 1930’s two-fisted pulp hero OR the protagonist in a series of cozy British Murder Mysteries, and your scribble reminds me of her. She’s a field botanist for the Royal Botanical Gardens, Kew, and her flat is filled to the brim with plants she’s named after various Shakespeare characters.

4/15/2026Hope you do. For me it doesn’t help that I don’t play DnD. V:TM, Changeling:The Lost and Exalted are my go-to games that aren’t Fate. But Fate is my favorite RPG by far. These days though mostly I use the system to write up the protagonists and antagonists of my rural fantasy stories.
4/14/2026I do like Coq au Vin, and a good Cassoulet
