For everything, down to the scribbles.
Onion skin paper is very thin. I either won't be writing on the backs of pages (most people don't), or I'll get creative with where I choose to write things in the book. Someone more experienced than me might have skipped the first page because it doesn't lay as flat as the other pages, which makes writing on it take a little more work. I've learned that now.
