My husband and I watched Spaceballs last night. I had forgotten how funny this movie was, and I heard there's going to be a sequel. I can't wait to see Rick Moranis and Bill Pullman on the screen again. Do you have a favorite comedy film? Particularly parody or satire.

Looking forward to the new Spaceballs, the sequel after 40 years. The 80's and 90's for me had some great parody movies with Airplane, The Naked Gun, Hot Shots! As for satire, then you only have to go back one more decade to get to the 70's and The Holy Grail and The Life of Brian from the Monty Python crew, two hilarious movies that never fail to be funny.

I've watched all those you've mentioned! But I haven't seen them since I was a kid. I loved Airplane and Naked Gun. I thought they were hilarious. And I can't believe I forgot about Hot Shots! This weekend I gotta do a re-watch of these movies. I remember I was also a bit obsessed with Dracula: Dead and Loving It. I recorded it on a VHS cassette when HBO or Showtime (forgot which one) used to have those free days on cable.
