Well, I have to thank the few of you that have stuck around. Once again the pattern emerges with my social media adventures. I'm not stopping, but it's clear that things have fizzled almost out. If it weren't for the people that went and followed me on Substank from here, I'd have literally zero engagement on there. In any case, I'm going to try and get a bit of writing done before I go to bed. By the way, did you know that rats can climb trees? Just saw one doing it with aplomb....[[|:-o

I don’t think it will ever be like the old days of the internet again. I mean the 1990s and early 2000s. I remember I was on LiveJournal a lot and there were always lively discussions. Things have definitely changed over the decades. I’ve done blogger, Medium, Xanga, and others...I’ve kinda lost count. Anyway, I’m too tired to migrate elsewhere. But also, rats are clever little creatures! My favorite book of all time is the Rats of NIMH.

Yes! Rats and mice will climb anything with a slightly textured surface. It's a little worrying when you find a little mouse on top of your shower curtain...
