🦋 National Poetry Month🦋 Day 22 Tanaga follows a 7-7-7-7 rhythm, four balanced lines of seven syllables each, carried on a mono rhyme AAAA or a varied rhyme AABB, ABBA, ABAB that binds the whole poem together in a smooth, chant-like flow. ▪◽▪ By peat smoke’s hush, they convene Hearth kin clad in earthen sheen Cream set out in bowls of green Scorn them once, they slip unseen ▪◽▪
