I am not out on Substack anymore. What I can say works for me is knowing I don't have to adult, submit my work, engage out here all in the same day. Learning to say "I'm done. I am crawling under a blanket and reading" is crucial for my well being.💜

I see people "out there" constantly producing. I'm no slouch, but it seems like I'm going up against machines. More power to them/you/all!
