Hey I was out cause I did not sleep for 4 days and was running circles in my room I finally slept the past two nights, so I have like 2 days until I go into a depressive episode Let's see if I can post something before that

dunno if this helps, but, if you’ve got a little energy rn, could maybe do something small for yourself, nothing huge. it’s hard to keep things together<3 and maybe that one small thing can help you float a bit when things start to get heavy. it’s hard and sucks but, you got this
