Busy start to the day, but I did get some time to work with my bo staff! Which means I also have to get some time to let my muscles rest. I'm learning that I don't really care about being able to spin the staff fast. I enjoy a slower flow. I like being lost in the movement and feel the staff become part of me. Like a dance.
