It's the worst! Just had to do that a couple of weeks ago. Where I'm at we have to make appointments weeks in advance now and still wait in the same long line like always....madness.
No appointment for driver's license where I'm at, yet. But you need an appointment for ID cards and passports and yes, still wait an hour even with an appointment 😭😭
