I'm not religious (shocker I know.) But I love religious themes in cosmic horror. The idea of something so above us even if kind, or what we may precieve as kindness. Will destroy our understanding of the world, our minds maybe even our bodies. Love that shit dawg.

Yessss omg sameeeee! I’m super critical of organized religion and the oppression it has caused but I love the story and imagery of it so dearly!
