I've started 'rebounding.' I've been doing it for three weeks. I literally bounce for 20 minutes a day on a tiny trampoline. Sometimes on both feet. Sometimes one at a time. I wave my arms and mimic the instructor in a random YouTube video. This is, apparently, called 'fitness.' And I think to myself, as I bounce up and down while going absolutely nowhere, "The crazy shit we do because we gave up being hunter-gatherers..."
