My partner gets very anxious during flights, and we’ve come up with this game where we write silly poetry line by line to distract her. Here’s our last piece. Hope you enjoy 😂 I like purring cats They lay like courgettes And smell like a warm home Their fur is like foam Dogs like treats and naps Also walks and chasing cats However, not all But all of them like snowfall Why don’t you go for a wee? Asked a little boy bee Such an odd name for a dog If you name it a frog A wee bit dog went for a walk And ate a piece of chalk If you ask why it did such a thing Even without a drink? Such a weird little dog It crawls to your house in a fog This night is quite scary Hope you didn’t have dairy So don’t wet your bed If you see me naked in your bed I hope you like some spice In your curry with rice Just in case you are hungry right now There’s no need to eat a cow Have some nothing with ice It will come at no price So enjoy, silly goose He says it’s free booze.
