Lotus seed update: The little shoot is reaching out and up! Since the spider plant is Bill and the pothos is Ted, the lotus is Rufus. At the rate he's growing, he'll be moving into the aquatic garden tank soon.

i named my Pothos, Porthos, my snake plant Athos, and my bamboo plant was Aramis but it died. 😁

The plant named for the Musketeer who outlived the others was the first to die?! We have to teach plants how to read books. Ted is a cutting taken from my big pothos, Keanu Leaves. So I figured the "S" in William S. Preston, Esq. could be for "spider plant", and that's Bill. Rufus became the obvious name for the lotus. I've had people ask if all of my plants have names, and my answer is that they probably do, but they don't all tell me what they are.

I adore your plant names. I named my tomatoes Bob and Ch-ch-ch-Cherry Bob ...Keanu Leaves is amazing and makes me so happy!
