I am so really sorry that I am spamming your comments😭but I am empathetic too and I know the shit you are going through. The only person you have forgotten to tell this is yourself. And don’t say that you know: You don’t know it yet. Share it with the silence, share it with you. Speak out loud to yourself or write it down. Trust me on this because I have been there.

You are sharing these parts of yourself with strangers on the internet(which is ok as long as it makes you feel good) and you are forgetting to share them with the closest stranger to you: Yourself.
