Does anyone have any suggestions regarding annotating books? I want to start but I don't know what to do with the tabs.

My annotation tabs usually are: - lessons (events applicable to life) - quotes (favorite lines) - favorite scenes (i wanna go back to) - opinion/debate (things i agree/disagree with) - happy (moments that made me smile) - sad (depressing moments or i cried) - angry (made me drop the book a while to cool my head)
