First thing you do after you get up from bed is to drink a glass of water. It “wakes up” your digestive system. For breakfast, I def rec avocado toast with boiled eggs{not every day perhaps, but most of the days def} or smoothies. During lunch, eat meals that consist a lot of proteins and i rec to also eat salad with your meals. I personally recommend you to eat all the meals of the day instead of skipping any of them to create balance.

I'd love some recommendations myself, but I'm vegetarian ._.
Pan fried pepper and potato, onion hash might be a good one for you? Made some the other day and was very tasty. 😋 Take any potato rinse it with water and then chop it into 8ths. I use russet potatoes but any should do. Then chop 1/2 an onion (I like sweet onions) similar fashion, cut it half, half again and then once more to get them into 8ths (running the onion under water after each cut will give you a few mins before you get teary-eyed) Put the chipped onions in a bowl with a plate ontop to keep the tears at bay. Then choose your 2 peppers of choice, I like habanero and jalapeño pepper. (You may want to use nitrile gloves if you have sensative skin, so the capsasen doesnt irritate ya) Cut the stem and bottom tips off of the peppers. Then take the knife and cut it along the length of the pepper to expose the seed pack. With the knife or a spoon, pull out as much of the seeds as you can. (More seeds left in = more spice heat) then chop up the pepper skins into smaller pieces, I like 8ths but just small enough so itll fit into a bite nicely. Then put all your chopped items into a mixing bowl and add seasoning. I like salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika and 2 pours of oil. Mix it all together. Then grab a skillet and put it on medium heat (5 or 6 on a 10 scale) and toss the mix on. Stir occasionally and let cook for 8-12mins. (Youll want to turn on your vent or have a fan running as the spice will be very aromatic at first) Check if its done by tasting one of the potatoes. If its soft enough to eat, then the rest should be ready to go. 😁
Ive been working to get better at cooking myself. My current recipe rotation has been: Breakfast: A probiotic (any flavor you'd like) they sell them in single use containers and in packs. It helps get your gut going and helps with eating other things. Also a warm tea, Im particular to hibiscus blends. Then a scrambled egg and mozzarella cheese sandwich on toast. Lunch: I do a mix salad with dressing. And if I have leftovers, I toss it on the bottom of the bowl, microwave it for 1min and add the cold salad mix ontop and then add a vinaigrette dress + a cut orange or tangerine slices. For salads, fruits and dressing will help alot with to wanting to eat them :). Dinner: One of my favorites has been pan pressed adobo chicken and mexican rice. Youll season the chicken with an adobo season blend +garlic powder, then with a fork poke several holes in the chicken (lets the seasoning fill into it more deeply), then mix it well in a bowl and cook it on a skillet at med-high heat (7 or 8 on a 10 scale), take another pan, pot or skillet and put it on top of the chicken while it cooks. (Sounds silly, but will cause the meat to have really nice crisp skins and hold in flavors. Cook for 6 mins on each side. For the rice, add 2 cups of rice + 1 cup of chicken broth + 1.5 cups of water + 1 chicken tomato bullion + 1 tablespoon of butter or a single pour of oil. Mix it well together and out it in a rice cooker to finish. Each meal takes ~15mins to make. 😁
Simple, wraps. You have a protein, fiber, and greens. So a simple wrap is a meat, bean of choice, and spinach/arugula/kale/lettuce. So in my case, ground chicken, beans of choice, and whatever green I have on hand. Cook ground chicken, add in spices. You can use a spice packet like taco seasoning. Add in beans or cook beans separably. Canned beans are easy. Refried beans are easiest. Then fill wrap. Meat, beans, greens, and roll. You can add in things like sour cream or if that's not healthy enough, Greek yogurt works as a substitute. You can add in some cheese if you like. You can use shredded chicken, or beef. I use chicken because I hate the taste of ground turkey and I have trouble digesting beef. You can use tofu. Just remember season the tofu. Tofu takes on the flavor of seasonings you add. I like to add chicken boullion powder when cooking with tofu.
I like to keep my breakfasts simple. Grapes, mostly. Aged. Pressed into a sort of morning smoothie. Red grapes, of course. Lovely antioxidants. Very good for the heart, I’m told. I pour it into a proper glass with a stem, for balance and wellness. ’98 was a particularly strong harvest. You can really taste the self care.🍷
