Question to all the writers, do you have that sort of problem where when you write a story, midway through you end up losing interest or ideas? If so, from one writer to another, what's a good suggestion to help keep it going?

I don't know if this tip is helpful for you but I have many unfinished pieces as well. I'll take a paragraph I like from my story and use it as a prompt to create something entirely new.
Ohh I've never tried that, i usually find new ideas trying to sleep, so i might take that idea tyy
If I could screenshot my folder, what you would see is a whole bunch of uncompleted works. A list of one good scene and and not much else. Just today, I was inspired by one of the digests to rework an old piece that didn't go anywhere (not for lack of trying) and will rewrite as a shorter piece. Sometimes, inspiration for an old piece can show up ten years (yep) later. Think of all the good stories you'll have read during that period that can bring new life to an old work.
