One of my favorite poems is "The Guest House" by Rumi. What about y'all?

Posts have heavier weight, so if you wanted more engagement with it, you could do a fun post with your favorite quotes from it and that post would be shown and reshown for weeks! If I had to pick a favorite I guess it would be Blue Iris, because of its unexpected spiritual nature.

Sure! I was thinking of incorporating several poems in one future post with literary analysis. And Indeed, Blue Iris is a beautiful poem :D
I love how, completely unexpectedly, this platform has become a place where poetry is often the main focus. It's so cool to see the culture building its first roots!
My favorite is El poeta dice la verdad/The Poet Tells the Truth by Lorca. I’m not the type to get tattoos, but if I were, I’d probably tattoo the verse “Que no se acabe nunca la madeja/del te quiero me quieres, siempre ardida/con decrépito sol y luna vieja.” (May the skein of I love you, you love me never end, always ablaze with decrepit sun and old moon.)
