Seems I read something around here about the potentially concerning advancement of AI technology. As with most things my feelings are mixed. I've gotten some decent results if the search is for technical info. Nuts and bolts of sundry topics. Maybe a touch of research concerning story plot plausibility. Stuff like that. But as for making art, especially something intended to be a final product? Hey I ain't gonna judge someone else, or their reasons. I can't do it. Just can't. As I was scrolling a little over on Substack, it hit me that I'm seeing more graphics akin to You Tube thumbnails, as in obviously produced by AI. Again, if you like it, okay. Something about it I just don't care for. That was one of the aspects that started to weary me about You Tube. Yeah okay, you could say, "welllll, it's just the ad, the attention-getter, once you enter this video it won't matter." Yeah I know. Still... I guess my imagination painted substack as a haven from that shit.
