You might be surprised to learn that I never went to college, unless you count my training in the Navy. It wasn't the training I was expecting. I actually quit high school early in 11th grade, but then later went to an alternative high school to get my diploma (a lot of great THAT did). I did take a journalism class, though. All I ask is that you give my writing a chance....[[|:-)

Ah! The joys of being neurodivergent! I was the honor student, always winning awards, who also had a learning disability and ended up not graduating. The only times I've been in college classrooms were when I was helping someone with a presentation.
Yeah, I was an honor student, too, but I was also undiagnosed ADHD and HSP. Like, I knew I had ADHD, but being distracted often was the only thing I understood about it. There's so much more, though I'm glad I went undiagnosed and not put on legal meth.
