anyone else ever look at things promoting "safe children's spaces" and think 'yes, I love the idea of children getting quality, nourishing media without any slop or inappropriate content' ... but at the same time "family friendly" has meant "anti-lgbtq" for your entire life so you end up getting a bitter taste in your mouth. (As in, family friendly includes lgbtq stories with casual representation, same as any romantic subplot/story/depiction within children's stories... but you can't always assume that.)
