The bad news is our landlord wants to move back into our flat at the end of our lease. The good news is he offered us another unit in the same building. The bad news is it's half the size of our current one to the point of being a little tight. The good news is we'll be paying a lot less rent. The bad news is it's terribly outdated. The good news is we get to choose a lot of the finishes and fixtures when they remodel it. The bad news is we're going to have to get rid of or swap out some of our furniture because it won't all fit. The good news is we're probably only going to stay a year or two because we want to get the fuck out of Spain and move to Italy.* *Chinese proverb

Despite being in Naples, I enjoyed most of my time there, though I was a kid then....[[|:-)
