I've been writing fantasy for about 27 years now. It's been a strange journey... I was a tween or younger when I figured out that I had a knack for words. I wrote a 13-page rhyming epic in grade 6. I started designing an Ocarina of Time prequel when I was about 13. When I met my first love, I got an idea for my first "original" story. By original, I mean gigantic Final Fantasy knockoff. Every time I got a cool new idea for a story, I abandoned the last to design the new. This led to a series called The Tomes of Ra. I love that series and most of it will probably never see the light of day because... I found an even better idea for a fantasy trilogy in 2008. I've now been writing The Vitmar Chronicles on and off since then. I broke the series into short novels instead of huge epics during the pandemic. I published Volume I: An Ending & A Beginning in 2024 and Volume II: Three Oracles, A Dance, & A Song in 2025! I hope to publish Volume III this year. I have a lot of feelings 😅
