Have y'all heard of myWriteClub? I used to use it a bunch back in the day to write together with other people. You can create private word sprints your friends can join, and you all write together and see each other's progress in real time. It was always super fun and motivating when I did it with people. All writing together and seeing it live. (Note: you don't see what they're writing and they don't see what you're writing; it's just the word count)
