Tongue-Tied
This is an idea I've been attracted to but hesitated because it turned out as I expected. Can totally understand why it might not be a lot of folks' cup of tea. The idea is to have all the instruments/tracks improvise (one take each) throughout and within one key. Let's say someone was running a restaurant or store and when closing time came they wanted a way to encourage people to leave… this might do the trick.

Idk if I’d be leaving though or staying a little longer to chill with the music. How did you ensure the improvisations worked together, were you applying a structure?
No, there's no way that would encourage me to leave! This is wonderful! Years ago - it feels like two lifetimes by now - my best friend was a guitarist. This has the vibe of the late nights when we'd sit in the room where his piano was, with him on his guitar, and just play and talk. There would be little snippets of his improvisation that almost sounded like it was going to be a recognizable song, but then it would turn into a repeating pattern, then random strings that sounded good together. This is beautiful! Thank you so much for sharing it!
