the way things are phrased, circumventing any actual meaning to instead reinforce feelings of genuine helplessness and offer the convienent (oh so convienet) solution of superiority. ("You're not like the others who don't even know these answers, you're going to get everything you'd ever want with this one simple trick, not like them.")

In moments of suffering, its (in my opinion) sort of like art block where you take a break and do some introspection and come out of it feeling like art and life and everything is so profound and meaningful. That's such an important process (arguably life itself) and self help demonizes the whole thing to offer you the simple answers the mind craves.

You're suppossseddd to sit with the suffering and let it be uncomfortable for a while so you can learn from it. To generate an oversimplified, placating answer for every minute inconvenience does such a disservice and honestly i pity those who use ai.

Youve lost the whimsy, the joy, the fun of the game, you bought the prize at the gift shop instead of throwing the dart at the balloon and earning it. Theres no meaning in that and i cannot put into words how tragic that is
