The destined one

"So, I am finally here" Vale said to himself without concern about his previous life moment of meeting a God.

"I have been transported randomly it seems." Vale said.

"It looks like I am in a forest." continued Vale.

After walking for several minutes, he came to a stop not knowing where to move from there so he decided to wait for some time and take a break.

"Okay, let's decide on the next course of action." Vale said after taking a break.

"First, I should learn some physical skills so that I can defend myself.

Second, I should find a way out of this forest but that is a second thing. Since I want to learn physical skills fighting with monsters in this forest." Vale said clenching his fist and patting his rapier with the free hand.

"Depending on the level of the monsters, I may gain a lot of skills."

"But, how does it work?" Valerius thought to himself while continuing to walk in the forest.

"How do I gain skills anyway?"

"Is there a level system like RPG games?" Vale had a happy face as if he had won the biggest lottery.

"If yes then how do i check my level?"

"Is it by saying level or Is it status?"

"Nothing happened." Valerius thought to himself.

"If I don't know what my level is, how will I know how strong or how many skills I have gotten?"

"I am clueless."

"What now?" Vale questioned himself.

"Should I just keep fighting monsters endlessly? Well, let's think about these things later" Vale came to a conclusion and stopped thinking about it.

"First is learning how to fight properly?"

"I see that I have a new body and I am tall but I cant see if I am handsome or my eyes are red or my hair is grey?"

"Those things have to wait."

“stomach growled." Vale's stomach growled loudly.

"I am hungry." Vale raised a complaint to no one.

"I have to catch something but I don't even know what kind of monsters there are in this forest."

"I am still hungry. so, let's try to look around in this forest. If I find a small animal I will kill it then I will look for a place to spend the night."

"After looking around the forest for some time, he thought he finally found a catch."

"Yes! I have finally found a catch."

He had finally found an animal that he could hunt but the battle that laid in front of him didn't look easy. The boar looked quite dangerous. The boar had two long, sharp tusks not only that the boar also had a long horn on the boar forehead also his entire body was covered in an armor the only part that was not covered with armor was the underbelly.

"He looks quite dangerous but it's food. I can't let this chance go if I don't hunt the boar and if the other monsters that I find are even stronger than this boar then it would be useless."

"I must try hunting this boar." Vale said to himself, as he thought of a plan to hunt this boar and have his first feast in this gruesome world he had no idea he was in.

"Okay lets think of a plan, It has long tusks and a horn if I bait the boar in attacking me near a tree and if the boar's tusks somehow gets trapped in the tree it will be my win." Vale had thought of a plan that looked to work if all the right conditions could meet.

"Then I will simply kill it with my rapier." Vale finally was happy that he could think of such an effective plan so quickly but maybe his destiny was not aligned with the boar.

"But there is a risk that if the plan doesn't work then fighting this monster will be tough. Isn't there a rabbit here? That will be an easy catch for me , but seeing the boar here I imagine the rabbit wouldn't go out without a fight as well."

"Let's see, first I have to find a place where I can fight him properly. Also, I need a tree nearby so I can proceed with my plan."

"Okay lets go." Vale started moving towards the boar just before he could execute his plan, a large voice was raised “again”

“Again?”

Yes again Mr vale.

"Save m-"

"Save me."

"SAVE ME! SOMEBODY SAVE ME"

"Huh? What is happening?" Vale questioned. "What is this voice?" Vale had no idea whose voice it was but he still was hearing it as if he was ready to go there to help. Even though he might say something which is completely different.

"Somebody needs help?"

"What? I don't care, I should focus on catching my prey."

"Huh?" Vale exclaimed in surprise.

"The boar! The boar ran away, NOOOO!!!!!! The boar ran away."

"Now what?"

"It's all because of that voice. Anyways, whose voice was it?" Vale clicked his tongue and was angrily trying to remove his rapier from his scabbard because of his anger due to the boar running away.

The boar was too juicy. I will be mad too.

"I don't care, I should simply just ignore that voice and find my lunch."

"If i can find another boar, then i will get food for today" Vale had boar drawn in his two eyes and he was already trying to make something like a spoon and fork in his imagination to eat the boar.

"SAVE ME! PLEASE SOMEBODY I DONT WANT TO BE KILLED."

"Just ignore the voice Vale." Vale thought to himself and kept moving away from the voice trying to look for another meal.

"I JUST WANT TO COLLECT MEDICINAL HERRBS FOR MY ILL BROTHER. WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO KILL ME?"

"Ill brother?" Vale took a stop as if that word made him relive things that he didn't want to.

"An ill brother huh?" Vale said with eyes looking down and a sad expression.

"Well I can at least go and look at what's happening." Vale said after looking down for some time and finally moving towards that direction.

After moving for some time towards the voice, he finds himself in a field of plants most probably those plants were the medicinal herbs the voice was talking about.

"A woman? A scorpion woman?"

"It truly is the world of swords and magic. Wait, not the correct time to say this." Vale said to himself as he was in disbelief he will find a scorpion woman, a truly other worldly species this early.

"She is being attacked by half human half snake people And she looks quite heavily injured."

The fight between them would have been gruesome

As he was seeing he noticed 6 snake people attacking a lone scorpion women there were also 5 snake people lying around dead there

“She most probably killed those 5 dead snake people. Let's leave now." Vale was about to leave thinking if its a fight then he shouldn't interfere needlessly.

"What have I done to you? I am just here to collect medicinal herbs for my ill brother and yet you attacked me." The girl cried out loudly and talked about her brother's condition. "This was not what was decided in the peace treaty" the girl screamed loudly.

"Peace treaty? Is it some kind of clan war?" Vale thought to himself hearing their words, also it was more common in ancient times to have clan wars. In modern times it was rare.

"What peace are you talking about bitch? You are of dirty blood, you and your kind are disgusting, you and your kind should be exterminated." The snake man snickered and made fun of the statement as if that statement was merely a joke.

"BUT THE PEACE TREATY WAS DONE BETWEEN THE TWO CLAN HEADS,

WHEN WE HAVE FINALLY GAINED PEACE FROM THE LONG STANDING WAR BETWEEN THE TWO CLANS,

THEN WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS?"

The girl screamed even louder than before.

"Peace? don't make me laugh,

I don't believe in this dumb peace talks" the snake man had no effect due to the girl screaming and logical reasoning as if he could only care about killing her kind l.

"How can peace be established when there has been so much bloodshed between the two clans? How many snake people died in these wars? Do you understand that?" the snake man said in a bitter voice.

"This peace treaty is nothing but a joke." the snake man said in a quiet voice.

"Besides i don't believe your kind, you must be waiting for the correct time and preparing a mighty force to attack us"

"As you can see, although you are alone you still killed five snake people. Isn't that enough evidence of how dangerous your kind is?" The reasoning given by the snake man looked to be sound but he was attacking a single girl with this many people, so vale couldn't make any decisions just yet.

"You all must be exterminated."

"What i have done is self defense!"

"Self defense, you say? This gruesome scene looks like self defense to you?"

"Besides you are the clan head daughter aren't you? This is perfect, how perfect! If I kill you here the clan head will definitely scrap the peace treaty and declare war on the snake people again."

"Why do you want a war to start between the two clans? When peace has already been established? Do you really care for snake people?" The girl again tried to reason with the snake man who clearly only cared to start a war between the two clans.

"I can never forget what the previous head did-" The snake man had eyes that said there was more to what he wanted to say. "Anyways, you simply need to know that I hate your kind and I will exterminate every last one of you."

"I have listened enough to guess, I will leave now . I don't care what happens to these people."

"I will simply go find my food and find a way to get stron-”
