A woman screamed as the sky without a moon gazed upon her and looked in anticipation of what was about to happen to her.

A young man made his way towards her and grabs her leg and pins it to the ground

"Please I will confess to everything please let me go." please i be-

The man puts a chisel on her foot.

"NOOOOOOOOOO" the woman's loud scream echoes.

The man hammered the chisel in her foot on the ground.

"Now stay in one place you dumb bitch."

"AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" the girl screamed as the pain seeped into her body.

"Now tell me what was the reason?"

"Please I beg you to let me go" the woman said while she continued to cry.

"I-I am carrying a human in-

"Oh, Hahaha a dustbin is carrying garbage better eliminate it before it pollutes the world" the man interjected while having a cold smile on his face. A smile that could send chills down anyone's spine.

The man picked up his hammer and raised it above his head with a smile that said he was having the time of his life.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOO" just before he could make the world free of garbage a woman's scream was raised. A woman whose scream sounded genuine rather than a bitch howl.

"Hmm" the man looked at the place from where the voice was raised and looked back at the woman's face.

"I will keep quiet, so please let me go"

"Thud" "Thud" "Thud"

"I know a better way" said the man after he hit the woman's head with the hammer three times and killed her.

"Now let's see, what's the matter here?" the man said to no one present there and started moving carelessly towards the voice.

"Oh? A suicide attempt? the man thought to himself as he saw what was in front of him.

A young woman was standing there whose hands were in one of the factory machines that could completely flatten her fingers, her hand and her ego in one go.

"Oi, What are you doing here?" the man asked the girl while her hands were in the machine.

"Huh? Who are you? w-AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH" the girl screamed as the pain kept increasing while her fingers flattened in the machine.

"Do you want to die? Quite a stupid way to die if that's the case" the man snickered at the woman.

"That's none of your concern" replied the woman with a tone that carried pain in her voice.

*Sigh* The man sighed and went towards the button that looked like it could cut the power supply to the machine.

"Hey! Stop!" The woman's scream once again echoed in the factory but for a different reason than before.

The man paid no attention to her voice, switched off the machine and hit the switch board with the hammer that he was carrying, with his full brute force.

"CLANG"

"Wh-What is it?"

"Get lost from here"

"huh?" the woman looked in confusion at his face.

"I dont care what reason it is but i am asking you to leave" the man said in a cold yet unthreatening voice.

"Tch" the woman clicked her tongue and somehow took out her hands that were almost flattened at that point out of the machine and left.

"Ring"

"Yes young master, I have been waiting for your call" an unknown voice spoke to the man on his phone.

"The work is done" the man addressed as the young master replied to the guy on the phone without any enthusiasm.

"That's wonderful news, young master-

Before the guy could continue his words, he was cut off without any respect shown to his words or him.

"There is a lunatic coming out of the factory right now Zini" the man said to the person called Zini on the phone.

"Help her" the man said in a low tone that you could miss if you didn't focus enough.

"Young master Valerius" the person called Zini almost screamed in happiness hearing that.

"Click."

"Hello? Hello? Young master? Hello?" no this is, why is this happening? we can't lose young master as well. I will have to get there as soon as possible.

"It seems like this is the end" the man called Valerius spoke to no one as he was making his way to the rooftop of a high rise building.

"It was a rather unfulfilling life" Valerius thought to himself.

"Yet i am grateful for it" Valerius finished arranging his thoughts with this one final thought and moved closer to the building top.

Scene change

"Welcome" an unknown voice echoed in the place.

"Huh? What is happening?" Vale thought to himself while rubbing his eyes and trying to check if his fingers were fine.

"I thought I died?" Valerius thought to himself.

"Yeah that is true you are dead and your previous life has ended" the unknown voice answered him.

"So, who are you?" Vale asked this question to the unknown voice with the same uninterested look but still curious enough to ask.

"Can you guess?" asked the person.

"So are you a God?" Vale asked the person while looking at his appearance.

"That is right i am a God" said the person who Vale thought was delusional yet couldn't bring himself to disagree seeing the current conditions.

"You can call me K" said the God with a soft smile on his face that would make even the coldest of people blush beneath the sky.

"So K, where are we currently?" asked Vale to God.

"Currently we are in the Ocean of knowledge" replied the God K while looking around him, as Vale did the same he found something close to a dark Ocean blue liquid around him with something like the shape of fishes in them.

"We are under water?" asked Vale, curious about his current situation.

"I didn't say we are in the Ocean of water" as Vale heard those words he looked around again to see that those creatures were not fishes but rather numbers and letters, which he didn't understand.

"Then what is this Ocean?" inquired Vale with a slightly more curious look.

"This is the cosmic Ocean" replied K with the same smile on his face.

"Cosmic Ocean?" asked Vale.

"Yes cosmic Ocean, the Ocean where all the knowledge gets stored of this universe" after hearing the words of K Vale realized those letters are most probably knowledge disguised as fishes.

"So, what do the almighty God want from me?" Vale asked in a slightly sarcastic tone without hiding it.

"Nothing much, I just want you to reincarnate on a certain planet." K completely ignored the sarcastic tone and put forth his wish.

"So, will I reincarnate just like in the novels?" Vale with stars drawn in both his eyes which looked like a child got his favorite toy yet was hoping to get something more for himself said in a slightly uninterested tone trying to hide his enthusiasm.

"Yes, It is good that you are familiar with the process.It makes things easier for me" K in his ever so calm tone replied to Vale.

"So, I will reincarnate, on what planet?" asked Vale.

"Yes, that is true you will reincarnate but your reincarnation is different" K said with eyes that were looking far away somewhere.

"Different?" Vale had question marks all over his face while he asked this question to K.

"Yes, normally you will go through reincarnation without meeting a God but you are special rather your soul is special" Vale was even more confused with the answer of K.

"Special, my soul?" Vale asked while being as cautious as possible as if K will right now ask him to hand over his soul to him to be made into a weapon.

"Lets not talk about that" K tried to drift away from the topic.

"I have so many questions about the thing that you just said but it doesn't look like you will answer any of the questions" Vale replied with a sigh and continued with a question "so where am i gonna reincarnate?"

"The planet of Nyx."

"Nyx?" asked Vale

"Yes, that is where you will reincarnate."

"What kind of world is it?"

"It's a world of swords and magic" this time when K said that both of them had stars in their eyes because of the excitement.

"Magic? just like in the games?"

"Yes that is correct, but the magic in that world works differently."

"So is it just not based on basic elements?"

"No or rather, do you know about geometric symbols?"

"Geometric symbols? I do know about some" Vale said with a frown on his face.

"Good then basically you are born with that symbol on your body and depending on the number of sides you will gain magic aptitude"

"For instance, The number of symbols that you are born with and the number of sides that symbol have will be the number of magic elements you can use."

"Can you explain more?" Vale was trying to get as much information as possible before he reincarnated so he asked for more information.

"Yes, so basically lets say a pentagon, It has five sides so the person born with a pentagon will have aptitude for five magical elements."

"Interesting, anything more?" Vale asked with hatred in his eyes for the topic of math that was brought up in the conversation.

"Also the God that has created the planet was interested in Earth, that is why all major civilizations there have taken influence from various civilizations of Earth" K said.

"So is that it? Can I reincarnate now?" Vale said with a slight excitement and hurry in his voice.

"Now, now before you reincarnate there are some things that I must ask you to fulfill." K said with a slight sly smile on his face that was different from his fake gentle smile from before.

"Things to fulfill? why should I?" Vale, not ignoring his slight smile, asked him in a slightly rude tone.

"It is simple because I am telling you to do it." said K in a slightly intimidating tone.

"And do you think i will listen to you?" Vale not backing down also asked a question of his own.

"You have to listen." K replied going back to his gentle smile.

"As i said why should i?" Vale asked with the same slightly rude tone.

"Because it's a magical world, you know? Don't you want to live in that world?" K trying to get him on board his plan asked him this.

"Certainly the world must be beautiful, but I refuse." said Vale with a slightly weird pose that made no sense to K yet his face said he wanted to do a pose himself as well.

"Also, i have no interest in livi-"

"I will fulfill your three wishes" K said before Vale could finish his sentence.

"WHAT?" Vale said in a slightly excited tone.

"Yes, if you finish the task that i have given you i will fulfill your three wishes, any wishes" replied K.

"Are you sure?" Vale, trying to confirm once again asked the same question to him.

"Yes" replied K with a smile that a normal business man shows before selling you something outrageous.

"Will you definitely not go back on your words?" asked Vale if he has won the biggest bargain on a sale and he his going to show it to everyone now, despite being rich.

"No, I wont go back on my words." replied k gently looking at Vale who was dancing with joy.

"Very well" Vale made a composed face and said in a nonchalant tone.

"What are the tasks?" asked Vale.

"First you must help the God of that world by protecting him from anyone who is deemed to be a threat and second is you must do it in a way through which the God must not realize that you are sent by me to help Him." Vale looked at him suspiciously and asked a question in return.

"Why?"

"Just do as I say." said K.

"If I do not know the reason then how will I protect God?" said Vale.

"The reason is simple. One God is not allowed to interfere in another God's business" K replied as if he was telling a hundred lies in a single truth.

"Is that it?"

"Yes that's it."

"I feel you are still hiding things from me."

"Haha" K was laughing nervously while Vale looked at him as if he was some suspicious person.

"Very well, I will keep it in my mind to not let God know that I am helping him on your behalf."

"Good"

"Now, let's get to your reincarnation" K finally had a genuine smile on his face as he said this to Vale.

"Wait, before you reincarnate me there are some conditions that I want you to fulfill."

"Conditions?" asked k.

"Yes"

"Very well i will listen to them."

"First I don't want to reincarnate in a family please just transport my body to that planet." Vale said with a soft smile on his face.

"Why?"

"I don't want to be born in a family, it will only be a hindrance." said Vale while showing a soft smile that said there was more about his answer than he was saying.

"Is that so" K said and continued "But transporting you there means that God will become aware of my presence" said K with a sad face as if he lost his favorite gacha girl and now has to take a loan for it.

"Can you not do something about it?" asked Vale.

"Very well."

"Second, I want you to give me a new body completely different from my previous body. I don't want any attachments from my previous life." said Vale with two different thoughts behind this request.

"Fine"

"I want you to make me the most handsome, I also want you to make me tall and I want my hair to be grey with red eyes." Vale thought of himself as a typical edge lord with a harem of women so he thought he had to play the part properly. There were other reasons as well which he didn't want to say like he didn't want a connection with his family.

"Very well"

"Third i want a rapier made from an unbreakable metal. Is that fine?" asked Vale with an interested look.

"A rapier is it?"

"Okay." said K and added "Any more demands?"

"Yes, I want you to increase my lifespan from 100 years to 450 years." Vale said in a serious tone as if he is up to something no good.

"You are asking for too much." K said with a tired face but not letting it show on his face.

"You can't expect me to protect God from a serious threat in just 100 years, now do you?" Vale said with a secret plan in his head.

"Well, you certainly do have a point. Okay I will make your lifespan to be 450 years." K said to Vale as Vale was planning out his harem life with elves secretly.

"Also how will I fight people there without any magic? I am not that strong." Vale with a genuine concern in his voice asked the question to K.

"Don't worry you can't learn magic skills but you can learn physical skills." said K with as much gentleness as possible in his voice.

"Physical skills?" asked Vale with a question mark drawn on his face.

"Well it is time for your reincarnation, let's talk further some other time." said K with a slight regret on his face as if he is parting ways with his disciple.

"Huh? Wait, I still have questi-" Vale said with the same little bit of regret, that he wouldn't know everything about the world be

"Well then, i wish you good luck on your journey" said k

"At least listen to this" said Vale.

"What is it?" asked K to Vale who was looking as if he had started enjoying himself now.

"How many people can I kill?" asked Vale with a cold smile on his face that showed no remorse for anything.
