You should be, do, blah blah blah.

Says who?

Say many an online guru boasting millions of followers.

I don’t do gurus.

Of course you don’t. You are so special.

Nope. Not special. Personal preference is all.

Let’s change out guru for influencer. Influencer with a million followers. Millions of humans grateful. Millions of lives improved, because they follow influencers.

Good for them. The wind outside feels much more influential; as is the growl in my belly announcing lunchtime. My interests influence. I’ve heard of diminished chords and subordinate clauses. Never heard of these influencers.

It’s obvious you never heard of them or listened to their wisdom. Okay, you don’t like guru. You don’t like influencer. Teachers. They are teachers with millions of students.

Best teachers I ever had were dogs, cats, life. By the way, I didn’t say I fully disagreed with your opening volley. I need no guru, influencer, or teacher to contemplate that possible approach to existence. All I said was,
