Perambulation
The big wheels span
a grand perambulation began
a walk in the park
a kiss after dark
a bit of a lark
a bite and a bark on the dark side
a ten shilling note
every Xmas and birthday
a hand knitted sweater
politely enquiring after the weather
and her sister Janice off to the palace
for tea on the lawn and a high five from royalty
oh the majestical recall
from my seat in the padded halls
of a two wheeler
perambulating chariot
