A Movie Review

I have always loved watching movies and this love has been ingrained in me because of my father , he has always been quite a movie lover . Almost every night after work we’d all sit together and watch the latest movies . My mother and brother have never really been obsessed , so they would leave in the middle of the movie or go to sleep whereas the two of us would continue watching them eagerly . Since , I can remember this was how we used to spend most of our weekends and weekdays .
But this aggravated when I realised that this was also an escape and not one in a negative sense , the one which gave me chance to be in the shoes of the person in the movie and understand and think like them , it gave me a whole new perspective . Every passing movie wasn’t anymore just a source of entertainment , it was now a talk to myself . And maybe now this love has become an obsession but I kinda love it.
I love to read books as well but the need to imagine the characters in the books according to you doesn’t give you a chance to get the actual feel of the character , the one the writer would have had originally in their minds . Cinema is an art and the portrayal of even the most non - existent character can change the entire direction of the film , and yes , this is just my opinion , I am not an expert here but this is just the observation of an avid film viewer .
I can go on and on about this and I honestly don’t know where to stop but this is me just writing this for reminding you all that this is a part of me that has been with me for a long time and a part that I enjoy a lot . I can possibly keep going on this and will most definitely keep changing topics every minute , so this is where we will be ending this. Please do tell me your fondest memories from your childhood involving movies and even in general .
