A hundred keys!

They crouched behind a desk, moving silently, trying not even to breath too loudly.
"Why are we doing this?"
"Shhhhh, did you hear something? You know why we are doing this, it’s this or you lose everything you worked for. All gone!"
"Okay, I get it, but I don’t like it. And anyway, if we get caught, I still lose everything."
They hunched down behind the reception desk, nerves on high alert, adrenalin pumping around the body, nervously sweating from every part of the body that can sweat. Every beat of their hearts and crack of knees sounding like a rumble of thunder sounding from within.
"Where’s the key drawer?"
"It’s the second drawer along from the chair but it will be locked. You will need to flick it open with this"
"A screwdriver, oh my god! They will know we have been here"
"Shhhhhhhhh. They wont know WE have been here, just someone. Try not to break it too much"
"I cant do this. It’s too much. I'm literally shaking, I’m going to have a break down or a heart attack. Even when we are done there will be the guilt at breaking in. Every time I see the police I will think they are talking about me and what I did."
"Oh my god, shhhhhhhhhhh. Calm down and shut up. Give me the screwdriver and move over."
"No, I can do this, I have to do this. If I don’t, ……….. I can’t imagine what will happen."
He stuck the screwdriver in the side of the drawer and pushed hard until the drawer flew open sending small shards of chipboard and veneer flying through the air and the clinking of keys momentarily filled the air.
"OH No!
"what is it!"
"There must be a hundred keys in here"
